Terms of Service

1. The service
ReplyLens is a Chrome extension and web service that suggests replies using public X context, provides public-profile insights, and supports private relationship notes. Suggestions are drafts. You decide whether to edit or publish them, and ReplyLens does not guarantee their accuracy, suitability, or availability.
2. Eligibility and access
You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use the service. Access is tied to your registered X screen name, an official X account-ownership authorization, and an extension session. You may not share access, impersonate another user, bypass limits, or interfere with security controls.
3. Plans and payments
Free currently includes up to 10 generations per day and 100 per month. Premium includes up to 100 per day and 3,000 per month, and Ultimate includes up to 500 per day and 15,000 per month, subject to available credits and fair-use controls. Payment is not available today; no subscription or renewal begins under these terms. We will publish pricing and obtain any required agreement before enabling paid service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ReplyLens for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, privacy invasion, coordinated manipulation, unauthorized scraping, or activity that violates X rules. Do not attempt to extract server prompts, credentials, other users’ data, or restricted source code.
5. X and third-party services
ReplyLens is an independent product and is not endorsed by X Corp. ReplyLens uses official X OAuth with the users.read permission to verify account ownership. Your use of X remains subject to X policies. Model providers and network services may have separate terms. Changes to X or third-party services can interrupt ReplyLens features.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain rights in text you write and publish. You permit ReplyLens to process the public context, drafts, verified publication feedback, and user-controlled expression memories you submit solely to operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can inspect, correct, or delete memories in the Dashboard. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and for everything you publish.
7. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for security risks, abuse, legal requirements, unavailable capacity, or violation of these terms. You may stop using ReplyLens at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyLens disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or actions taken on X based on a suggestion. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable mandatory rights remain.
9. Changes
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service.
